Researchers discovered that certain eating habits increase the likelihood of becoming pregnant.
New studies say yes. Researchers in the Netherlands discovered that in a test group of 161 couples undergoing fertility treatment, the couples with eating habits rich in vegetables, vegetable oils, beans and fish have a higher likelihood of becoming pregnant. Forty percent higher in this particular study. While ‘cause and effect links’ are always difficult to prove, it’s certainly worth noting. While the study was ‘observational’, finding point to a possible role in diet for success in fertility treatments.fertility
